Who designs and makes your products?
Sassy Girlz Bowtique designs and manufactures all of our own merchandise. We are also proud to announce that our supplies and products are made right here in the USA!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.
What are the shipping fees?
This applies to all shipments to the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and United States territories. This shipping rate does not apply to International or wholesale orders.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Please note that all products are custom made when you order! Sassy Girlz Bowtique's current order processing time is approximately 5-7 business days. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, which takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from Sassy Girlz Bowtique.
What is your return or exchange policy?
At Sassy Girlz Bowtique our products are custom made for each order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do. Just send us an email and we will be glad to work with you to create that special something for your little princess! Please note that custom orders may take longer to create. If you are needing your order by a specific date please note that in your email to us.
Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Yes! Here at Sassy Girlz Bowtique we promise not to share your personal information with anyone. We take pride in our business and your comfort in ordering is very important to us.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Thank you for your understanding!
Can you rush my order?
Unfortunatley, at this time we are not accepting any rush orders. Please make sure to check our shipping times before you place your order.
Will I receive and order confirmation?
You will be updated on your entire order process. We will email you with an order confirmation letter shortly after your purchase. It will detail each product you ordered with the price, as well as with a confirmation of the shipping address that you provided us. Do you accept International orders?
Absolutely! International orders are gladly welcomed! Please email us first for shipping rates to your destination.
How can I tell if my order has been shipped?
Please visit the ORDER STATUS section of our website and enter your order information. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been process and shipped. The exact shipment date will be listed.
How do I get a picture in your Sassy Girlz Gallery or on your Blog?
Can I ship to another address?
Yes! Please leave a message in the notes section of your payment with the ship to address.
Do items ever go out of stock?
Occassionaly high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Novus) and Paypal. Paypal is a safe and confidential way to place your order. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order.
How do I place an order?
We have worked our hardest to ensure that ordering from Sassy Girlz Bowtique is both easy and fun! From the product page, simply select the options and quantity of the item you would like and click "Add to Cart". Once you are finished shopping click either the "Check Out" or click on your View Cart icon. If you need additional assistance placing an order, please feel free to contact us.
